The Mutated Turtle is an animal in Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon. It is the Blood Dragon equivalent of the Galapagos Tortoise in Far Cry 3. The Data Console description is a reference to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, a multimedia franchise centered around a group of four anthropomorphic turtles that are known to do each of the things mentioned in the description.
After taking the garrison shown in this video. X:519.9, Y:365.6 You can accept a Predator's Path quest to kill turtles befriending rats in the sewers below. The Turtles have their eye areas
2 Answers. There are a few that guard garrisons, and you'll encounter a few during the campaign missions. I didn't find enough this way, personally, and so I had to farm them a bit. The saves it creates are "locked". Thats what it says in the menu. It forces me to start over at the beginning every time. Obviously, I'm not going to play if I can't save. This "feature" actually seems to be build into the product. It shows the saves, but labeles them as "locked". All of them, the auto-saves and the checkpoints.
